About 10 hours after eating a "salad" bowl with no rice, chicken, steak, corn & hot salsa, lettuce, and guacamole, I woke up with sever stomach cramps, nausea, and overall flu-like symptoms that persisted for 2 days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps

I ate at the Chipotle sterling location on Friday 7/14/2017. I was sick all day Saturday and through Sunday with severe vomiting, nausea and stomach discomfort. This led to dehydration and i was forced to go to the emergency room Sunday. I'm not fully recovered yet but a little better than before.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
