Ate rice, chips, and chicken, that's all. a couple hours later, got a headache and didn't feel well. On the drive home from DC had to vomit in my vehicle. Still feel ill this morning, but haven't vomited again.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Headache

About an hour after eating a chicken salad, I had the violent urge to go to the bathroom (which never happens) due to the fact that I wash my hands or use globs of hand sanitizer before each and every meal. This place serves contaminated food....period.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I thought i was on my death bed! I had a chicken salad bowl: lettuce, black beans, chicken, fajitas, tomatoes, corn, red and green salsa and sour cream. I've had this same type of bowl several times before from different locations and never got sick. Never ever again will I buy from chipotle.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
