My daughter and I shared a burrito with brown rice, black beans, pork, sour cream, cheese and guacamole. It's 1:00am and daughter is nauseous, vomitting chills and fever. I am nauseous, fighting back from throwing up and have diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever, Chills

I ordered chicken burrito bowl. I ate half and my wife ate the other half. We were perfectly OK before eating Chipotle food last night (30 April 2016), but today I am bed-ridden. I have head pain, feel week and feel like sleeping. My wife is also feeling similar symptoms.  | Symptoms: Fever

Had a burrito bowl, chicken, white rice, Pinto beans, pico, Medium salsa, cheese, sour cream and lettuce. Are at 9pm saturday, was up vomiting at 5 am Sunday. My wife and I ate the exact same thing for the entire day, with the exception of the Pico and the cheese.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Last meal was April 29th. I went to chipotle and ordered a Steak burrito with white rice, no beans, cheese and sour cream. That night I woke up vomiting.
