I ate a burrito bowl. About 2 hours later I laid down for bed and felt nauseous, I went to the bathroom and I threw it up. Exactly what was in the bowl, is what I threw up.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

We eat at chipotle in Saugus MA around 2pm and now 8pm I felling very sick. Nausea and diarrea. I eat at chipotle once or two every month. Salad bowl with brow rice, pinto beans, steak and barbacoa, sour cream, cheese and guacamole. I may need to see a doctor if not better in couple hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

My husband and his friend ate here last night (3/9/16). Both ordered different things except they both had lettuce. His friend ended up removing the lettuce because it smelled funny, but they both still ended up getting diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
