The only food I had that day around 3:00ish . steak taco. by 8:00 I felt like I had a ballpoint pen in my stomache. I started vomiting violently at 9:00. My 3 boys and I had chicken, asada, tortillas, lettuce, pico, guacamole, cheese and salsa for lunch around 1:30pm. After about 30min one of my boys had diarrhea and all of us had stomach pains. It is now 11:30pm and my stomach still hurts.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
