thursday night dinner i picked up food for myself and 2 young sons and wife by friday night my youngest was very ill projectile vomiting and fever one by one we all got same symptons  | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting

Ate here for lunch around 2PM, felt fine until around 730 while I was at work. Went to the bathroom and started puking immediately. Threw up about three more times after this.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

On 12/9 around 5:45pm my daughter and I shared a chicken bowl (brown rice, black beans, chicken, tomato salsa, corn salsa, cheese, lettuce, sour cream). We both became ill about 4 hours later.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
