Had chicken bowl for dinner: white rice, chicken, corn, cheese, guacamole, lettuce. Woke up in the middle of the night with stomach pains and nausea. Got a burritto, brown rice, pinto beans, chicken, mild and medium, sour cream, cheese and lettuce for lunch. That night i had chills and felt nausious. Spent the next day in bed with cold sweats, back pain, vomitting and nausious feeling.
