Purchased 2 lb. container of SABRA ORGANIC SIMPLY ROASTED PINE NUTS HUMMUS, best by 09/09/2018, (20G18), 09:45 L2, Costco #301875. On August 12 2018 had some with chips at 11AM. I bought a bell mushrooms, and started having a diarrhea and intestinal discomfort within couple hours eating it. It was very weird because i love bell mushrooms and buy it often, and this time i gor it from costco, i bought it in the afternoon of August 9th, 2018.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

We ate pizza and chicken bakes for dinner Thursday, 8/9/2018. My son immediately started having symptoms within a short amount of time, diarrhea, stomach cramps. We had the rana grilled chicken and portobello mushrooms pasta from Costco poway for lunch and we got diarrhea and headache by afternoon
