Had the Cod dinner, the fish seemed ok but the tarter sauce looked a little off. I stirred it up and looked better so I ate it, I know stupid! Next morning had severe cramps, like bend you over stomach cramps. It lasted for about 36 hours. Skip the tarter tarter!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps

My wife developed serious gastritis after having a diet root beer at here on May 10th, leading ultimately to hospitalization. It is not clear if this is the only cause, however this was the only thing she had and she felt sick immediately.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Gas, Vomiting, Loss of Appetite
