4/8 ate a few slices of pizza and some specialty chicken, felt nauseous and weak and had stomach pains a few hours later, and vomited a few hours after that  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Stomach Pain

On 4/4 I ate one slice of the Memphis Chicken BBQ and 2 slices of the Philly Cheesesteak, within hours I had diarrhea. On 4/6 I ate 2 more slices of the Philly for lunch and was vomiting and experienced serious diarrhea within 2 hours. Symptoms lasted 12 hours. My 18 month also had symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I had a normal pizza with just cheese and then one with mushroom and olives after eating I felt fine my mother had some we both woke up extremely sick me to the point I fainted I was on the toilet for 6 hours and now I can barely walk I'm so weak.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Other, Weakness
