The only same thing we ate and hours later my two children and me and husband are vomiting and diarrhea uncontrollably. I'm pregnant so will be calling doc in am when. Praying that my 2 yr old doesn't get it and thankfully my 1 yr old didn't eat it  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a chicken Caesar salad from Domino's on February 26th and got a stomach ache shortly after eating it. Within a few hours I started to get very sick. As of the next morning, I still can't keep any food or water down and have terrible stomach pain.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I bought 2 large pizzas with pepperoni and bacon and one with pepperoni and salami and some hot wings on a Friday nights both of my kids ate pizza and my husband and I ate pizza and the hot wings the next morning we all woke up with stomach pain diarrhea and nausea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain

Ordered one topping pizza; ate it and went to bed. I woke up throwing up and with diarrhea. This lasted all day with no relief until roughly 7 pm. After all traces of the pizza leaving my body I started feeling better.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Ate pizza with bbq sauce, steak, onions and peppers. Also had the jalapeño/pineapple chicken. Felt sick about an hour after eating it and vomited about 2 hours later. Nausea Diarrhea and cramping still the next day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
