Ordered a six bowl with cauliflower mash, seasoned rice, tofu, and mushrooms and a couple of hours later felt indigestion, severe nausea, and weakness. I ended up vomiting undigested particles of food even hours after consumption. Food is sitting out all day and food didn’t seem fresh.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Indigestion

Ordered and ate 6 bowl with sweet potato noodles, mushrooms, sweet potatoes, and herb vinaigrette. Steak was so pink/red and looked very undercooked. Ate around 5pm woke up at 2am with horrible stomach cramping, diarrhea, and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

Had my usual besides swapping usuals out for chickpeas and steak. June 22, 2023 I had mushrooms, green beans, steak, noodles, and balsamic. Within 12 hours I had the worst diarrhea and vomiting of my life. Lasted almost a full 48 hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
