Pot roast carrots and potatoes  I just got real nauseated, vomiting and diarrhea. Stayed up all night sick.
I got sick eating pot roast with carrots and potatoes on may 29, 2021. It’s day two and I’m still sick. I’m nauseated, have headache, dirrahea. I’m so sick. Ughhhh

Mother ate lunch there on April 23rd within 20 minutes she began to fell dizzy with nausea . As the day progressed she had chills, headache and began vomiting uncontrollably . The dizziness and nausea lasted for hours.
