Family dinner on July 17, 2021. Within a couple of hours a family member got sick, vomiting, nausea, headache, diarrhea . The family member who got sick was the only person who had black mussels with their dinner. So the mussels are highly suspicious of being the cause.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Headache

I ordered out Crab Legs, Shrimp and Clams. The food was really good but the shrimp tasted very off, I was on the 3rd shrimp when my throat started feeling very uneasy and I rushed to the bathroom where everything pushed back up and it kept coming out till there was nothing left.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
