I ate the crab roll sandwich And about 3 to 4 hours later, I got extreme stomach pains and horrible diarrhea. My fever went up to 102.9. I ended up in the hospital on drips.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Stomach Pain

I got the shrimp basket and was up vomiting, diarrhea, fever/chills 2 hours later, very suddenly. Husband got a different meal and was ok.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills

Family dinner on July 17, 2021. Within a couple of hours a family member got sick, vomiting, nausea, headache, diarrhea . The family member who got sick was the only person who had black mussels with their dinner. So the mussels are highly suspicious of being the cause.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Headache

I ate steamed scrab legs with scallops at approximately 6:30/7 pm on Monday July 12, 2021 shortly after I started feeling extremely nauseous and extremely hot. Then thats when all the symptoms of food poisoning began  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever

Ate snow crab,scallops, corn,potatoes and sausage. Had Cajun spice blend. Not a sew food person so new to this my crab was fishy tasting and had a green slimy look in one of the legs. I asked my wife should crab smell this way she said no.… See more

I ordered out Crab Legs, Shrimp and Clams. The food was really good but the shrimp tasted very off, I was on the 3rd shrimp when my throat started feeling very uneasy and I rushed to the bathroom where everything pushed back up and it kept coming out till there was nothing left.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
