Ate 1/2 ham and cheese on Sunday. Diarrhea started Monday. Still having it today even though I have only had clear liquids since Monday,

08/02 update: Symptoms improved but still not 100%. Unable to return to regular diet yet - attempts at solid food bring back GI symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I didn't make a lunch for work and I was running late so I ordered in this place cause I knew they delivered, horrible mistake. I got sick almost immediately after with diarrhea and nausea, I didn't throw up until 2 days later. I've had diarrhea and have been throwing up for 7 days now  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
