I had a Garlic mayo wrap on Friday and on Saturday I had 3 chicken select . Both days I had cereal only for breakfast. Been ill with stomach cramps , mild fever and nausea. Sick many times.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps

Ate Buffalo wrap. Fries and a coffee. Shop was mobbed and like a cattle market. Within a couple of hours terrible stomach ache. Very nauseous then horrible diarrhea and still stomach ache. Never going again  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Picked up a Jalepeno McChicken, Bacon McDouble and Med. Fry for lunch, everything tasted good and 3 hours later I had cramping, diarrhea, and vomiting. 12 hours later I still have diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea, Cramps
