On Sunday 03/18/2018 I ate a cheeseburger and fries around 2:30. By 4:00 I had diarrhea, so I laid down and within a half hour started vomiting. Had vomiting and diarrhea for the next 7 hours, did not go to work the next day and as I'm submitting this now I still don't feel 100%  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

On Friday 03/16/2018, I ate a bacon-egg-n-cheese biscuit and an orange juice at 11:30am. I began feeling weak at 3:30pm, with nausea and diarrhea setting in at 5pm. I also developed a low grade fever. Symptoms worsened through the next 48 hours, and continued for a total of 3 days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Weakness
