I ate a spicy chicken sandwich at 450pm Aden cheese and lettuce and threw up at multiple times approximately 6pm and 8pm I’ve had diarrhea about 20 mins or so after finishing the sandwich. And have had it since  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Ate a Sausage McMuffin here. Have no immune system. Been violently ill for a day n finally collapsed. Just recovering on 9-20-2022. Ate nothing else since then, Only food eaten was this. My partner and I both had chicken burger meals with chips and coke.
