I had dinner with family at Sat 430pm , the only thing I had different was the lemon wedges in my water , 830ish I felt bloated very full.... woke up at 1230am and it al began lasted til 1030 am ....flu like symptoms but more severe vomiting and stomach pain counties Monday 11am still in bed.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Stomach Pain

I ordered the sautéed chicken and shrimp with pasta. Started feeling sick about 20 mins after leaving the restaurant. My stomach got bloated, was nauseated had to pull over bc of diarrhea felt horrible and had a fever. Was ok by next morning  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Bloating

Went to lunch on 3/21/18 and had cheese ravioli and chicken gnocchi soup. Both my grandmother and I are sick later that evening. Both had the soup. Constantly running to the bathroom and using the trash can. Very nauseous feeling still. Sad because this is my favorite place  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
