9/13/2021, 7pm. Had it. Order: bigger plate. Content: half chow mein, half fried rice, Beijing beef, orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, chicken egg roll. Was severely bloated last night. I had chow mein and fried rice with orange chicken, almond chicken, and cream cheese rangoons. I ate it around 3pm (9/7) and about an hour later I started to feel nauseas and got a headache. I went to bed and at 11:30pm (9/7) I began vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
