Tuesday, December 5 at noon. Chicken Teriyaki. I had to wait while they were preparing the raw chicken on the grill, and they may have rushed it out. That evening I was violently ill. I had nothing else that day to eat except a small sandwich at home for dinner.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

My wife ate the walnut shrimp dish. I had the angus beef and orange chicken. We both had fried rice. About 2 hours later we were both suffering with headaches and nausea. Both of us vommited she is suffering with diarrhea and I with constipation.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Constipation

I ate a bowl of Orange chicken with Chow Mein, about 3 hours later I felt fine and was at work. Within thirty minutes of arriving I had an extremely upset stomach. Two hours later I alternated between diarrhea and vomiting. I lost a shift because of this.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

On 12/20/17 i ate an orange chicken bowl, with white rice and fried noodles. Two soy sauces and one spicy sauce. After 2 hours of consuming I started feeling nauseous and threw up.
