Yesterday I ordered the bacon Mac and cheese convo with Fuji apple chicken salad, within 30 minutes I was nauseas, within an hour running to the bathroom frequently. I ate at 2pm on Friday November 24, 2018 and within an hour I was nauseas, throwing up and had the chills. This passed after a painful 6 hours. I ate the turkey chili and the turkey and avocado BLT (without bacon).  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

I had the autumn squash soup along with a chicken salad sandwich with tomato, kale, arugula, avocado. Almost immediately after finishing, I had a sharp pain in my stomach. I threw up 6 times. Felt feverish and had to leave work. I’ll never eat there again.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
