I went to Panera on 1/8/2018. I ordered the pick 2 in which I had the Mac n cheese and the ham n Swiss sandwich. For the past two days I’ve been in and out of the bathroom with diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I had the half arugula salad and a full bowl of tomato soup on 1/8 around 5PM. Symptoms started around 2AM on 1/9 with bad nausea and then vomiting and more around 7AM.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
