I had a mac and cheese and tuna fish sandwich around 7:00 pm. I started having nausea around midnight, I then proceeded to vomited about 3 times around 3 to 6 am. I will never eat there again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I had a late lunch around 3:00 yesterday at the restaurant. I ordered chipotle chicken avocado sandwich, coffee cake and coffee. Finished the sandwich and most of the coffee cake. Didn't have dinner but just some water last night. Wakes up before 7:00 this morning with diarrhea.… See more

Had a hot chicken sandwhich and a Fiji apple salad, Sunday for lunch after church.
Monday, I began experiencing cramping and abdominal and lower back discomfort, followed by mild diarrhea that evening.

I had cheddar broccoli soup and a tuna sandwich yesturday around 3pm. Tuna sandwich on black pepper bread had swiss, mayo, lettuce, tomato and red onions. Stomach pain, nausea and diarrhea sarted about a hour after eating and lasted through this morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
