I ordered a tuna salad sandwich 6/16/17. Flavor was slightly different than usual. Felt nauseous 6 hrs later. Next day I had bloody watery diarrhea and excruciating stomach pain. Was forced to call out of work. Even drinking water hurts.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
