I ordered the southwest Caesar salad with chicken and a bowl of chicken soup and had it delivered for dinner. I woke up around 1:30am with a horrible stomach ache and then over the next 24 hours it was the worst pain of my life. Onset: Right away

Additional information: Started feeling nausea 20 mins after eating the chicken pepperoni melt. Started vomiting shortly after.

Husband and I got sick off of salads for dinner - he had green goddess and I had the apple pecan.
