I bought a falafel and sweet potato salad, birchers muesli, orange juice and matcha latte to consume on the airplane so as not to eat the airplane food. 2 hours later I had severe vomiting and diarrhoea which lasted for 3 hours during the journey.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

My best friend ate the veggie salad yesterday. Two hours later she was committing, had diarrhoea and the shakes. Stopped this morning but still has nausea and diarrhoea and feels weak., Just her .
