I got the three cheese nachos with steak, lettuce, sour cream, rice and cheese and ate that around 7 pm. By midnight I was having excruciating pain in my stomach and sat with my head in the toilet for hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain

Steak burrito. Food poisoning. Lots of vomiting and diarrhea at the store on Hampden. Date was Wed 2/19 Just me. I got sick 6 hours after I ate. The store seemed understaffed with lots of dirty pans in sight but j have eaten there many times  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

beef burrito Family picked up take out Friday night. The 3 of us all ate different things. Diarrhea started Saturday by Sunday I still had that plus chills, headache and nausea.
As of Sunday, my niece was also ill with diarrhea and vomiting  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache, Chills
