Saturday I ate a steak quesadilla around noon. By 7 pm I had slight stomach cramps. Sunday I was vomiting with diarrhea and had horrible cramps and also body aches. This has continued into today.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Body Ache
