Yesterday I got a matcha tea latte with almond milk and a tomato and mozzarella panini and about 6 hours later I had horrible diarrhea and was vomiting on and off all night. Purchased a cheese and fruit protein box. A few hours later I start with stomach cramps and nausea and diarrhea. Chills. It was the only thing I ate or drank yesterday.
