I just threw up and had diarrhea at the same time and now I can't keep anything down. Brushing my teeth makes me want to vomit I are a rotisserie chicken sub with bacon and then later a sweet onion chicken teriyaki protein bowl. Both had spinach, lettuce, cucumbers, pickles, tomatoes, and onions.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ordered Bacon and Chicken Ranch and Chipotle Chicken sandwich. The chipotle sandwich was made wrong, so called to complain and was told to dispute charge, because management wasn't in until Monday. Upon further inspection, Mold was on the chicken.

I had here for lunch on the 22nd and at around 5 or 6 I started to vomit on and off for about 5 straight hours until I went to the ER. I also have the most liquid diarrhea I've ever seen, this is probably the worst I've felt in my whole life  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
