Ate a steak and cheese sub from Subway at 8:30pm. Woke up the next morning with diarrhea and stomach pain/nausea. Threw up once in the late afternoon and had absolutely no appetite.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Loss of Appetite

Subway, black forest ham sandwich., My boyfriend ordered a black forest ham sandwich for dinner, around 7pm. 2hrs after He ate vomiting and diarrhea had began. We ended up at the ER around 11:30ish, discharged around 4am and back and the ER at 10am. He was admitted for observation.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea

Subway, I just got subway for lunch. I ordered a 6 inch 9 grain with ham, provolone, spinach, olives, tomato, bell pepper, and mustard, oil, and vinegar. 5-6 hours later I started feeling tired, and nauseous. Service was great. No issues there.
Order a wrap with tuna fish, tomato and cheese on it.
Within an hour I started getting horrible stomach cramps, which quickly turned into liquid diarrhea. I'm still in the middle of the symptoms, hopefully it doesn't get worse.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

I went in around 9:30 PM and got a meatball and Italian bmt. They already had the cutting boards off and stuff on the counter. I came home and ate a little of each sub. Within 2 hours I was so nauseated and started vomitting. I'm dehydrated… See more
