At a 6 inch turkey wheat sandwich, no cheese spinach, onion, green pepper, pepperchinis, tomatoes. Ate at 12. Horrible nausea, took zophran, didn't subside so far 24 hours of nausea, vomit, diarrhea, weakness and fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness

Chicken bacon ranch sub. Included spinach. Nothing to eat since.
Nausea began 10 hours after. Vomiting and diarrhea around 12 hours later. Mild fever noted around 12 hour mark  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

I bought a tuna salad sandwich early in the day. Later that night I woke up with nausea followed by a very high fever and very bad diarrhea and some mild vomiting (it was mild because I couldn't eat anything). Lasted a couple days  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
