12/3/23 Ate a can of spaghetti and meatballs a couple of hours ago, started getting intense cramps and had to go to the bathroom. I have diarrhea, nausea, and now vomiting I am currently sitting in my bathroom floor contemplating sleeping in here. I ate chocolate Breyer’s ice cream and about 2 hours later I had severe stomach upset and diarrhea. No one else in my family ate this or had issues otherwise so I know it was from the ice cream. It tasted fine but I haven’t felt that much digestive upset in a while.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
