Ate an Italian hoagie from here (provlone, lettuce, onions, mayo, oil, black pepper, oregano, untoasted) at about 12:30 in the afternoon. Terrible vomiting and diarrhea at 8:30 PM.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I had a meat ball sub and Cheddar broccoli soup from wawa about a week ago. And that's pretty much all I had. The next day, when I woke up In the morning.. I had severe diarrhea and gassy ..just felt terrible. Scared to eat there again now. :(  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas
