I purchased hamburger 80% lean I cooked it thoroughly no pink clean kitchen wash my hands was very careful not to contaminate anything and every seven people got sick and where I live all purchased the same thing  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

within a few hours of eating it, I bought the chicken with spinach and Alfredo with chicken and broccoli. Two months ago I ate the Alfredo and had diarrhea. Last night I ate the one with chicken and spinach. Within a few hours I had nausea, and then vomit, and diarrhea for two days.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Suspected food poisoning from fresh OJ. Strong, very painful abdominal cramps, lightheadedness. No med seems to help at all :( Nothing else I ate/drank within the past 24 hours could have caused it as I only ate preserved foods e.g. soup from a can.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps, Lightheaded, Vomiting
