Ate a BLT sub on 5/17, came down with Salmonella that evening. I was out of work for a week with fever, chills, diarrhea and headaches. I was contacted by the health department after the lab results came back positive for food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Headache, Chills

I ordered a steak philly just the way it comes off the menu. It was the first thing I had to eat all day because I had woke up a little late to be able to have breakfast before work.
