The fish was in Cajun dressing I noted a very peppery taste. Within 15 mins felt sick. Then within seconds rushed to bathroom diarrhoea and vomiting. This slowed they I had very high fever terrible pains in stomach. They vomiting again. Then diarrhoea etc all through the night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I got sick at 8:30 pm and it was just me. I had boiled eggs for breakfast, salad for lunch and salmon and broccoli for dinner. I drank a monster energy drink for breakfast as well. I had Zevia soda for dinner. I cooked all my own food but bought everything from whole foods except for the zevia.

I had salad with chunks of roast beef and ranch dressing from the salad bar. Because it was a warm day I ate there rather than taking it home. By late afternoon the next day I was very sick. I'm still not completely recovered. I'm never eating from another salad bar or hot bar again.  | Symptoms: Nausea
