Ate only some if it Sunday Night, had minor cramping in morning, did not think much of it. Finished the salad for lunch and went into full blown intestinal cramping, nausea, could not stand upright for 2 days. Its Wed and Im finally up and around, barely.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

Had ground beef 90/10 grass fed from deli. Cooked thoroughly, ate it and have had explosive diarrhea since. This is also why I stopped buying the chicken from Whole Foods. Not the first time I’ve had this happen, so bye Whole Foods!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ate Korean style spicy seafood bowl at the sushi bar in Whole Foods Columbus Circle last Thursday. Then I started vomiting that night and had nausea and fever which lasted till yesterday.

I bought the 90/10 ground beef last Sunday, and made burgers with it last night. Truth be told, there was some user error and I didn't fully cook the meat, but I got salmonella poisoning from it - sick with diarrhea, fever and horrible stomach pain for 7 days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Stomach Pain

I had salad from the salad bar for dinner a few days ago. I felt fine afterwards but a few hours later I was very nauseous and ended up throwing up for hours. I felt awful for the next 24 hours. I’m guessing the lettuce was dirty or contaminated.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I went to this whole foods at around 1pm. Had garlic broccoli, cilantro lime rice, bbq chicken, boiled eggs, mashed potatoes, mixed green salad.

I got home went to bed. Woke up with terrible stomach ache. Threw up twice, and got diareah. Stomach pain persists. this was my only meal today. 6/14/18  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
