My parents got me lunch at 12:30 and it was Taco Bell, they ordered my the 5 dollar box which comes with a chalupa and a taco and cinnamon twizzlers. I Ate it all and a couple hours later I got diarrhea and then started vomiting all the Taco Bell.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

感恩节去和我的丈夫和两个小儿子一起吃午饭。我吃了他们吃的所有东西，除了我还有凉拌卷心菜和火腿。那天下午晚些时候下午 4 点左右，我开始感觉很舒服。真的很恶心，然后开始呕吐然后腹泻。发烧和发冷，身体疼得太可怕了。从字面上看我以为我快死了，严重的胃痛。那天晚上 12:30 左右终于把所有的午餐都从我的系统里拿出来了。还是感觉非常好一周而且很冷。亲爱的老公和孩子们没生病。

i can't remember the name of the salad, it had greens , chicken and i believe like wasabi pieces in it? i was the only 1 that ate sad and got sick. ate the salad around 1 pm on Monday 11/19/18 started having diarrhea Tuesday morning and still have it today,  | 症状: 发烧, 腹泻, 恶心
