I had avocado toast for breakfast. An I was the only person to eat it, had two slices of toast with mashed avocado and cayenne pepper. Started to feel nauseous about 30 minutes later, with vomiting and diarrhea a few times since.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Chicken  Chicken smelled a little strange, tasted it and it tasted bad. 12 hours later stomach cramping and diarrhea, followed by fever and chills lasting for 24 hours. Chicken was said to be flash frozen and remained frozen until I thawed and cooked it.   | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 抽筋, 寒战
