2 月 11 日星期一，我从上面提到的 Booster Juice 中吃了一只 Quasdilla 鸡肉作为午餐，一小时之内我的健康状况迅速开始恶化。

我的第一顿饭是我煮熟并与家人分享的鸡蛋。我的妻子和儿子离开了房子，他们最终在那里自己吃午饭。他们中午回到家里，为我妻子和我的妻子拿了加强汁，为我准了一只鸡肉。我和儿子分享了果汁，但是我是唯一拥有 quasidilla 的人

他们去睡个午觉然后我去我们的地下室上班。不久之后我开始感到恶心，不得不坐下来。大约一个小时后，我去叫醒他们，让我的妻子知道我开始病得很重，正要去我们的备用房间躺下。

恶心持续增加，直到 3-4 小时后开始呕吐，不久之后 diarria 变得非常频繁。那天晚上晚些时候，我妻子在我报告之后给 911 打了电话，我以为我可能会昏倒，不认为如果需要的话我可以穿好衣服下楼梯。

护理人员检查了我所有的生命体征，并报告说这要么是食物中毒，胃流感或胃肠道疾病，但目前最好呆在家里，而不是有进一步感染的风险以及在我目前的状态下让我的家人和家庭舒适。如果 24-48 小时内情况没有明显好转，那就去看我的家庭医生。

晚上剩下的时间和第二天的大部分时间我病得很重，继续呕吐和腹泻使我精疲力尽，卧床不起。

星期三早上是我最后一次腹泻病例，自星期一以来我第一次在楼下关心腹泻，并且感觉继续好转。星期四我还是感觉不太好但是好起来了。周五和周六，我恢复了正常，开始进行正常的日常活动。

星期天我醒来又感到不适，然后再回床睡一会儿，这是我从来没有做过的。我通常早上 5 点左右起床，然后继续做那天我正在做的任何事情。到下午 2 点，我又感到非常恶心、生气和非常疲倦。到 4 点时，我感觉好像要再次生病了，所以我去诊所散步并解释了上述内容。医生说我很可能有食物中毒，需要再休息 48 小时。昨晚我没睡太多，仍然感到不安，但是想报告这个消息。

Went to Subway at about 5:30pm on February 15th 2019 for supper before my flight. Ordered a cold cut with tomato, cucumber, green pepper, red onion and mayo. My symptoms began the next morning and were horrendous. I am still recovering. Horrible way to spend a vacation.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
