I ate chicken and guac bowl with brown rice, veggies, pinto beans, lettuce, tomatoes and mild salsa. Food consumption happened on Thursday, May 23rd, 2019 i got food around 8 pm. Around 10:40 pm i got diarrhea, only me got sick, it took less than an hour… 更多

I ate from the hot food buffet bar - pulled pork, pulled chicken, tortillas, cheese, guacamole. An hour before my flight landed I started feeling ill. Vomiting and diarrhea started once I got home and I’ve been in bed with a fever and body aches for the past day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 身体疼痛
