We purchased 2 sandwiches, 1 crab meat & other super chicken, within 4 hours of us eating we both became very very ill.

I called the store immediately after we say down to ea bc the bread was very hard. Manager didn't seem to care & kept giving me crazy excuses  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

昨天（1 月 31 日）下午 2 点左右，我在 Subway 停了下来，订购了一个用小麦面包烤制的牛排和奶酪潜艇，配以 Colby Jack、芥末酱、生菜、洋葱、西红柿、香蕉辣椒和橄榄。昨晚我的肚子开始极度疼痛和腹胀。今天早上我仍然很痛苦，仍然非常臃肿。我整个早上都感到恶心，以为我要呕吐好几次了。然后，我开始在空调房间里大量出汗，突然之间我感冒了冷，这表明我发烧了。发烧和胃痛持续了一整天，但恶心在下午 1 点 30 分左右消退了。
