I had a #13 italian sub in a tub around noon. At about 3 pm, I had the first bout of diarrhea. It is now two days later and I am still having bouts, though not as often. If I am not better by tomorrow, I will be going to the doctor.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

我得到了水手的拼盘，里面有鱼片、虾和西葫芦。大约 3-4 小时后我病得很厉害。出汗，头晕，恶心，腹泻。我肯定知道饼干没有完全煮熟。很明显。它们就像轻轻烤过的面团球。我现在感觉很糟糕，但昨晚情况更糟。好像我服用了太多的迷幻药一样。

Yesterday I purchased and cooked some per-packaged beef stroganoff and it made sick. I ate around 7pm and became violently ill with nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea around 2am. After throwing up I felt better and have slowly recovered throughout the rest of the day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

晚餐时我吃了一个素食汉堡，里面有培根和切达干酪，还有一些薯条。凌晨醒来时腹痛不好，剩下的时间我病得很重。第二天早上（今天）我好多了，有点虚弱，隐约恶心，但事情似乎已经过去了。我假设食物中毒是因为症状突然和持续时间短。

Me & my nephew went to chipotle on Monday 4/22 around 11am. We both ordered the Barbacoa burrito bowl and had same ingredients except for mine didn't have corn. He got sick almost immediately after eating with cramping, nausea and diarrhea. It lasted all day and through the night with cold shivers.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋
