我订购了一个墨西哥卷饼碗，用来搭配牛排、糙米、黑豆、中号莎莎酱、奶酪、玉米和生菜。直到凌晨 1 点左右，我才因胃部不适、头痛、腹泻、呕吐和出汗而醒来。我睡不着了，整晚剩下的时间和第二天整天都在洗手间里。

My wife and I both had different menu items, how ever I took one bite of my wife's chicken salad, and also had the same symptoms however much less severe. She was sick for about two weeks, said she felt she was dying. Dr said it was text book food poisining case.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
