Ate the whisky bbq burger, fries, and spinach about 2:00 pm. Within 2 hours, I threw up WHILE having diarrhea. I have a tough stomach, so it was something wrong with the food. Hopefully getting it out within 2 hours will keep me from being sick for 2 days  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate a chicken bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, guacamole, cheese, sour cream, and lettuce. Went to bed 8 hours later feeling nauseous. Woke up feeling worse. Have vomited and experienced diarrhea multiple times today.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
