I ordered a chicken burrito, black bean white rice, cheese sour cream, and hot salsa. Got burrito at around 4pm an hour later had major diarrhea later in the evening went to the movies and had to leave early from the movies because felt nauseous like I was going to throw up.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

我在 8 月 14 日星期日晚上 8 点 40 分吃了 chipotle，从那以后一直恶心生病。星期一整天都不能吃东西，发烧了，大汗淋漓。下班回家多次呕吐。8 月 16 日星期二我不得不待在家里，因为我虚弱，出汗，不能吃东西，头痛严重。
