I had a carne asada burrito for dinner around 6pm. Began to feel sick to my stomach within a couple hours. By 3am my stomach was in knots. By morning I had a fever and spent a good portion of that day vomiting. Took two more days to fully recover.  | 症状: 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

I ate the fried with chipotle sauce & burger but I think it was the Fred with Chipotle sauce on it that got me sick & took am hour for me to start feeling sick almost had to go to the emergency room thought I've might have gotten e.coli food poisoning. 下午 2 点左右，我在下班前后吃了一顿快速午餐，包括沙拉配鸡肉、黑豆、pico de gallo、鳄梨调味酱和玉米莎莎酱。直到晚上 10 点 15 分左右回家，我整天都感觉很好。

我立刻肚子疼得很厉害，胸痛，发抖得无法控制。我从以前的经验中认识到这些症状。
不到 10 分钟，我就失控地呕吐了，还在发抖。

我回去睡觉，确保用大量的水给自己适当补充水分，因为我知道这会在整个晚上重复 3-4 次。每隔几个小时我就会有同样的胃痛和冷汗导致呕吐。

早上 6 点左右我并不完全恶心，但它开始从另一端出来。这发生过几次。

现在已经是上午 11 点了，我感觉非常脱水，头痛和身体疼痛，而且有冷汗。我应该从最近的媒体中知道 Chipotle 要远离！

几周前，当我订购上面列出的同一件商品时，圣地亚哥米申谷的那个商品没有给我带来任何问题。

我会联系设施。

I ate at this Chipotle location on Friday, January 15 at 12:30pm. I had a veggie bowl with no rice, black beans, fresh salsa, cheese and lettuce. No meat. I was awake all night and vomited at least 20 times. I lost 5 lbs yesterday, which was not desirable. Chipotle is dead to me.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
