I ate a burrito with guacamole, fajita veggies, pinto beans, brown rice, chicken, corn salsa, and carnitas. Also had a side of chips and guacamole. Felt sick approximately 5 hours after eating and it had been the only food I had eaten all day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ordered the spicy chicken meal...my body immediately got depressed following my severe nausea and stomach cramps. This followed by being in the bathroom literally all night and the next day. It’s been 3 days and my body is still depressed. NEVER AGAIN!!!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 其他, 抽筋
